- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags, shoebox, and accessories).
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns.

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a free replacement or full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Worn, damaged, or altered items.
- Custom-made or personalized shoes.
