  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags, shoebox, and accessories).
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a free replacement or full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items.
  • Custom-made or personalized shoes.
